The I.C.T Vertical Curing Oven is engineered for rapid, consistent curing of adhesives, coatings, and protective layers on SMT PCBs. The double lifting storage system allows high-capacity loading, supporting high-throughput production with minimal operator intervention. Step motors and precise push-buffer mechanisms guarantee stable board transport. Fiber optic sensors ensure the boards move safely and reliably through the oven. Adjustable conveyor speed and modular IR heating zones provide precise control over temperature, ensuring uniform curing while preventing thermal stress. This system integrates seamlessly into SMD assembly lines, UV curing workflows, and drying processes, optimizing efficiency and quality.

Double Lifting System

The vertical curing oven features a dual-layer lifting design that significantly increases storage capacity. This allows multiple PCBs to be processed simultaneously while maintaining high throughput. The structure supports automated loading and unloading, reducing manual handling. Operators can process batches efficiently, and the design minimizes downtime between runs. High-density storage enables the line to keep pace with fast SMT production schedules, while maintaining consistent curing quality across all boards in each batch.

Step Motor for Buffer and Push Structure

High-precision step motors control both buffer and push mechanisms within the oven. These motors ensure smooth movement of PCBs and accurate positioning for each curing stage. Speed and timing can be precisely adjusted, maintaining alignment and preventing collisions or jams. This configuration supports boards of varying sizes and thicknesses and improves repeatability. For automated lines, the step motor system enhances stability, reduces operator oversight, and contributes to consistent, uniform curing throughout the batch.

PCB Conveyor Detection with Fiber Optic Sensor

Fiber optic sensors are used to monitor PCB position in real time as the boards move through the oven. This ensures that each board is correctly aligned and moving at the intended speed, reducing the risk of misalignment or accidental stoppage. Sensors also provide feedback for automated error correction. This real-time monitoring improves reliability, maintains consistent curing results, and supports integration with upstream and downstream SMT processes, enabling smooth production flow even under high-throughput conditions.
